Sales Support Administrator Mexico

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Support Administrator to join our Business Development team at CEVA A&O Mexico. This pivotal role supports our sales organisation by ensuring seamless coordination and communication across various departments, contributing significantly to our customer service excellence and operational efficiency.

About the Role

As a Sales Support Administrator, you will be instrumental in managing a variety of critical tasks that support our sales and operations teams. The role demands excellent command of English and a high tolerance for stress, given the significant workload and the fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage Spot Quote requests efficiently to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries.
  • Maintain constant communication and collaboration with internal teams including Pricing, Customer Service, Operations, Legal, and Finance to facilitate smooth business processes.
  • Coordinate new customer setups to streamline onboarding and service initiation.
  • Handle NRA (Non-Recurring Allocation) processes for Ocean shipments, ensuring compliance and correct allocation.
  • Complete Power of Attorney (POA) documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Provide robust support to commercial teams to enhance business development efforts.
  • Serve as an internal point of contact for the Sales team, delivering excellent customer service and addressing their operational needs effectively.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will possess proven logistics experience across both Ocean and Air freight disciplines. Experience gained from working within freight forwarding companies, shipping lines, airlines, or in commercial or logistics roles within these sectors is highly valued. Familiarity with the U.S. market and experience collaborating with commercial teams will be considered a strong advantage.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken, to communicate confidently and effectively with internal teams and partners.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build positive relationships across diverse teams and support internal customers.
  • High resilience and ability to work under pressure in a dynamic and demanding environment.
  • Detail-oriented approach to managing administrative tasks including paperwork and data accuracy.
  • Good understanding of logistics operations, specifically in Ocean and Air transportation.
  • Proficiency in using standard office software and familiarity with logistics management systems.
