Sales Support Manager – Europe & Americas, with day-to-day support to the Northern Europe and Europe Head of Sales.
We are seeking a proactive, organised, and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our Northern Europe Sales team in London.
The successful candidate will provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the Sales team, ensuring the smooth and efficient management of the sales lifecycle. This includes supporting opportunity management, order processing, customer onboarding, renewals, billing enquiries, and ongoing customer account administration.
Working closely with Sales, Finance, Presales, Service Delivery, Service Management, Operations, and other internal teams, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, maintaining accurate business data, and ensuring customer requests are processed efficiently and in line with company standards.
·Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Sales team and the Head of Sales
·Manage the end-to-end sales administration process, including order processing, contract renewals, amendments, cancellations, and customer account updates
·Maintain accurate customer, sales, contract, and order information within CRM and internal business systems
·Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer orders, requests, and service changes are processed accurately and within agreed timescales
·Assist in resolving customer billing, invoicing, and account-related enquiries by working closely with the Finance team
·Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, forecasts, and other administrative reports to support business decision-making
·Monitor and maintain data quality across CRM and business systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
·Support customer onboarding activities and coordinate the completion of required documentation
·Assist with sales meetings, customer presentations, marketing activities, and general office administration
·Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and contribute to continuous operational improvements
·Provide ad hoc administrative support to the Sales team and undertake additional duties as required
·Previous experience in a Sales Administration, Sales Support, Commercial Administration, or Customer Administration role
·Experience supporting a fast-paced sales or commercial environment
·Excellent organisational and administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
·Ability to manage multiple priorities, work to deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs
·Strong written and verbal communication skills with an excellent command of the English language
·Professional, customer-focused, and solutions-oriented approach
·Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
·High level of accuracy and attention to detail when managing customer and sales data
·Proficient in Microsoft Office 365, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint, GWS.
·Experience using CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
·Experience using ERP or order management systems
·Experience preparing sales reports, analysing sales data, and maintaining accurate customer records
·Comfortable using AI-powered productivity tools to improve efficiency, automate administrative tasks, and enhance the quality of work
·Experience supporting a B2B sales team
·Experience within the IT, telecommunications, cloud, or managed services sector
·Knowledge of contract administration, subscription renewals, or recurring billing processes
·Highly organised with excellent planning and time management skills
·Proactive, self-motivated, and able to take ownership of responsibilities
