In this position you will....

Be responsible for supporting both Sales Agents, Insurance Partners and Customers in purchasing insurance policies. Your job will require great communication, Service Mind and interpersonal skills as well as strong knowledge of insurance products.

You will be responsible for…

• Reach out to customers or insurance partners to support policy issuance, policy endorsements, and policy delivery.
• Learn details about our product and service offerings
• Address any questions or issues customers may have
• Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need
• Offering solutions based on clients’ needs and capabilities
• Direct prospects and leads to the sales team
• Keep an updated customer database
• Update client records

• 3-year experience in customer services.

• Polite, friendly, and able to work under pressure.
• Having insurance broker company experience, telemarketing experience, or an insurance broker license would be required.
