Job Summary

Receive and process customer orders, inquiries, and/or complaints covering items or products ordered. Maintain an ongoing relationship with select customers and sales staff. Use knowledge of products, product availability, sales territories, and individual customers to provide a key communications link to the customer. Typically requires analysis, judgment, and sensitivity to customer needs, as well as demonstration of high-level product and process knowledge.

Sales Support Coordinator (Fixed-Term Contract) – Neuilly-sur-Seine, France

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Support Coordinator to join our team in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting commercial activities, coordinating projects, managing pricing information, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams.

This is a fixed-term contract position covering a maternity leave absence.

Where You'll Make a Difference?

As a Sales Support Coordinator, you will serve as a key point of coordination between customers, commercial teams, and internal stakeholders, ensuring operational excellence and high-quality service delivery.

Sales Support & Coordination

  • Coordinate internal activities and ad-hoc requests involving local and regional teams while ensuring compliance with established procedures and best practices.
  • Leverage existing processes and previous project learnings to support account teams efficiently.
  • Coordinate toxicology reviews and ensure timely follow-up of requests.
  • Respond to customer and internal stakeholder inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration across multiple functions and teams.

Project Management

  • Lead and coordinate maintenance projects across multiple categories, ensuring timely execution and completion.
  • Maintain and update project information within internal systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.
  • Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and timelines to support successful project outcomes.
  • Manage and maintain portfolios, project overviews, databases, and base files at local and regional levels.
  • Coordinate project-related logistics and administrative activities.
  • Support quotation preparation and price list maintenance activities.

Pricing Management

  • Support global and regional teams by collecting, validating, and updating pricing information within internal systems.
  • Prepare quotations and provide pricing support for commercial activities and ongoing projects.
  • Ensure consistency, quality, and accuracy of pricing data across multiple databases and systems.
  • Communicate price updates to relevant stakeholders and maintain pricing-related documentation.

What Makes You the Right Fit?

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Commercial Operations, Project Coordination, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience working with ERP, CRM, or project management platforms is an advantage.
  • Fluent English communication skills; French is a plus.
