We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Sales Support Coordinator to join our team in Neuilly-sur-Seine, France. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting commercial activities, coordinating projects, managing pricing information, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams.

This is a fixed-term contract position covering a maternity leave absence.

Where You'll Make a Difference

Sales Support & Coordination

• Centrally orchestrate internal activities and ad-hoc requests requiring action from local and regional teams, ensuring standard procedures and best practices are followed.
• Leverage previous work and established processes to minimize disruption to account teams.
• Coordinate toxicology reviews and ensure timely follow-up on requests.
• Respond to ad-hoc inquiries from internal teams and customers.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.

Project Management

• Lead maintenance projects across multiple categories, ensuring projects are opened, updated, and completed within agreed timelines.
• Update project information in internal systems, ensuring changes are reflected within 24 hours whenever applicable.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful execution.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases, including portfolios, project overviews, and base files at both local and regional levels.
• Organize logistics and coordinate various project-related requests.
• Support pricing accuracy through quotations and price list maintenance activities.

Pricing Management

• Support IFF global teams by gathering, validating, and updating pricing information within internal systems.
• Prepare quotations and provide pricing support for ongoing projects and ad-hoc requests.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of pricing data across systems and databases.
• Communicate updated price lists to relevant stakeholders and maintain pricing documentation.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Commercial Operations, Project Coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience working with ERP, CRM, or project management systems is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; French would be a plus.
