As a Sales & Support Generalist, you are a key part of that experience. You flex across the store, supporting both sales and operations, while helping create a high-energy, polished environment for every guest.
This is not a one-lane role. You are part seller, part operator, and fully essential to how the store runs.
Reports To: Store Sales Manager, Assistant Sales Manager, Sales Lead
YOUR IMPACT
What you’ll do
You’ll flex into different areas of the store based on the needs of your location and team. While you may spend most of your time in 1–2 core areas, you’ll build skills across all functions to help keep the store running smoothly day-to-day.
On the Sales Floor
- Engage customers with confidence, energy, and product knowledge to drive sales.
- Read customer cues and deliver personalized, high-touch experiences.
- Demonstrate products and guide discovery through storytelling.
- Convert returns, questions, and promotions into additional sales opportunities.
- Take ownership of personal sales performance and contribute to store goals.
At the Cash Wrap
- Deliver a fast, friendly, and accurate checkout experience.
- Reinforce buying decisions and naturally introduce add-on products.
- Capture customer information to support loyalty and repeat business.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and guest-ready checkout area.
Processing & Replenishment
- Process merchandise efficiently to get it floor-ready.
- Replenish product to ensure the floor is always stocked and sellable.
- Maintain organized back stock and understock areas.
- Support markdowns, retickets, and inventory processes.
Floorset Execution
- Execute floorsets with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Follow brand standards to bring new collections to life.
- Support stockroom organization during transitions.
Store Maintenance & Cleanliness
- Maintain a clean, polished, and guest-ready environment at all times.
- Complete daily and monthly cleaning tasks across all store areas.
- Maintain supplies and follow proper cleaning procedures.

COMPENSATION & EARNINGS
- Hourly
Pay: $17.27/hour
- 100% of tips go directly to you — no pooling
With the No Tax on Tips Act starting in 2025, up to $25,000 of your reported tips may be exempt from federal income tax.

QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand, move, and lift up to 40 lbs as needed.
