We are currently seeking a dedicated Sales Support Personnel to complement our team of Account Managers. As a vital part of our sales office, this role involves assisting in various tasks crucial to our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with suppliers and customers, both verbally and in writing.
• Generate quotes and process sales and purchase orders efficiently.
• Upload data onto trading platforms utilized by the company.
• Provide holiday coverage for our freight department.
• Proficiently utilize Windows applications, with a focus on Excel.

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management, and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Excel and other Windows applications.
• Fluency in a second language is advantageous but not mandatory.

Working Hours:

• Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 16:30
• Friday: 08:30 – 15:00

Salary

• £18K-£20K basic
• OTE £22K-£25K
