JOB PURPOSE

In this role, you are responsible for managing team and working with distributors on both tactical and strategic performance, to achieve business ambitions.

1/ Manage and develop B2B market & customers

  • Build, maintain and grow a portfolio of key B2B customers:
    • HoReCa (restaurants, hotels, F&B chains)
    • Laundry services (laundromats, industrial laundry)
    • Hair & Beauty channels (salons, beauty chains, service providers)
    • At-work segment (offices, factories, industrial parks, cleaning services, workplace supply providers)
  • Proactively identify and acquire new customers to expand market coverage
  • Update & analyze customer and market trends, including competitor insights
  • Develop strong customer relationships and drive customer loyalty through effective engagement and service excellence

2/ Drive sales performance through distributor and sales team management

  • Represent Unilever with distributors to co-develop and execute annual B2B business plans, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies
  • Drive salesmen performance through target setting & closely tracking
  • Deliver trade programs and drive strong field performance through disciplined execution
  • Recruit, train, coach to develop sales team capabilities, with focus on B2B/solution selling
  • Manage sales route and ensure customer data accuracy in DMS to support effective coverage and execution
  • Partner with distributors to deliver business targets and ensure healthy operations, including inventory, on-time delivery, coverage expansion, pricing and receivables control

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree minimum
  • 2+ years of working experience in customer development, Professional channels and FMCG industry preferred
  • Functional and technical knowledge; customer centric
  • P&L: financial acumen
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Good use of English
  • High level of resilience and problem solving; can cope with high pressure
  • Performance and growth mindset
