Job Summary

General Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Manager in planning and implementing sales strategies to achieve sales target
• Manage all in-store shelfing, promotion activity and ordering
• Work closely with internal and external parties for sales order placement, inquiries and coordination
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns
• Collect market intelligence and feedback to management
• Prepare sales reports and present to senior management.

• 執行客戶店舖內產品管理及陳列、促銷活動和訂貨
• 與內部和外部各方緊密合作，以處理銷售訂單、查詢和協調
• 與市場營銷團隊緊密合作，開發和執行市場營銷策略和活動

Leadership Responsibilities:

• Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
• Lead Field Sales team of 3-4 to achieve sales targets
• Provide regular coaching for sales representatives to enhance their performance
• 監察和分析銷售表現，從而提出合適的意見以達到銷售最大化
• 領導3-4人的銷售團隊，以實現銷售目標

Job Requirements

• School Certificate / Higher Diploma / Associate Degree or equivalent qualification
• 5 years field sales experience in dispensary / drugstore, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Preferably within the scope of Personal Care, Household categories
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Cantonese
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
• Result oriented, and possess strong leadership, management, and collaboration skills.
• 中學文憑 / 高級文憑 / 副學士學位或同等資格
• 5年或以上快速消費品行業藥房銷售經驗，其中至少2年以上團隊管理經驗。具備銷售個人護理和家居清潔用品工作經驗者獲優先考慮。
• 良好英語和廣東話的書面及口語
• 熟練使用Microsoft Office（Word、Excel和PowerPoint）。
