Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales objectives.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies based on analysis of market trends and customer insights.
• Provide training and mentorship to the sales team, ensuring they have a strong understanding of our products and sales processes.
• Monitor team performance and sales metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies to enhance performance.
• Foster relationships with key distributors and retailers to increase product visibility and market penetration.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align promotional activities and campaigns with sales objectives.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends within the smart home sector.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role within the FMCG industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong understanding of the FMCG marketplace and sales processes.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships with customers and partners.
• Analytical skills to assess sales data and market trends effectively.

• Experience in technology or consumer electronics sales is a plus.
