Sales Supervisorとして、イベントおよびF&B関連サービスの営業活動を主導し、新規顧客の開拓および既存顧客との関係強化を通じて売上拡大を目指していただきます。
チームをサポートしながら自らも営業活動を行い、ラグジュアリーブランドとして最高品質のサービスと顧客体験を提供するポジションです。

As a Sales Supervisor, you will lead sales activities related to events and F&B services, with a strong focus on new business development as well as growing existing client relationships.
This role is hands-on and requires proactive client engagement, sales leadership, and a clear commitment to delivering exceptional experiences in line with our luxury brand standards.

Position: Sales Supervisor
Working Hours: Shift-based, 8 hours per day + 60-minute break
Days Off: 8–10 days per month (115 days annually)
Employment Type: Full-time
Contract Type: Permanent
Probation Period: 3 months
Expected Salary: JPY 400,000–500,000/month (determined based on experience and expectation)
Bonus: Equivalent to 4 months (paid semi-annually in June and December)
