Sales Supervisor

Position Purpose:

• Supports Marketing activities and initiates first contact.

• Performs the needed analysis.

• Configures the product.

• Prepares the offer of purchase and closes the deal.

• Customer Follow-up.

• Localization of customers.

• Capture data / data agreement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Boost sales by giving each visitor the feeling of being treated uniquely.

• Prepare sales onsite in strong collaboration with all customer-facing staff.

• Negotiate and agree on the offer with the customer, recommend financial services, offer and prepare the contract with the customer.

• Acquire and localize customers (cash and financed customers) and ensure customer satisfaction at any time.

• Generate highest level of customer experience and brand loyalty in every task and activity.

• Be knowledgeable about products and services, responsible for certain Persona customer segment and able to understand the individual needs of this segment.

• Change dealership mind set towards a customer centric culture and act as an intrapreneur searching for innovative ideas how to increase customer satisfaction and experience.

• Keep/increase product/service knowledge within dealership at/to a high level (incl. competitor info etc.).

• Handle proactive portfolio management, reflecting the luxury working standards.

• Create luxurious customer experience, 100% ensure seamless and first-class customer journey.

• Ensure luxury working standards execution 7 for 7.

Experience / Knowledge Required:

Qualification

• Final secondary school examination or equivalent
• Driving license
• Business or technical training/ apprenticeship
• Certified Automotive Sales Advisor
• Member of local inner circle to understand mindset and lifestyle
• Contact to relevant customer group
• Passion for luxury products and lifestyle
• Very high brand identification

Professional Experience

• Experience in a motor vehicle company/industry (ideally automotive industry)
• Working experience with customer contact
• Working experience with service
• Experience with contract negotiations
• Professional experience as a Sales Advisor
• Further qualifications like track records even from other industries
• Track records from (host) service industries

Soft Skills

• Ability to listen and understand customers
• Strong customer service orientation
• Attitude of trustworthiness, human touch in interactions with customer
• Flexibility, willingness to learn, ability to quickly adapt
• Digital abilities, excitement about digitalization, online sales and social media affinity

Salary:

600 to 1000 USD

Working Hours:

6 days per weeks (Day off will be rotate) 8:00AM-5:00PM, 9:00AM-6:00PM

Will be rotating for the Public Holiday
