Greece, the holder of this position is responsible for implementing the sales strategy in their area of responsibility, in order to achieve the company’s objectives.

Responsibilities:
-Analyze KPIs by BA/store/brand/visit.
-Set monthly sell-out targets per store/brand.
-Optimize BA allocation (brand/store match).
-Monitor BA productivity and performance development.
-Drive results through performance management.
