Sales Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and coach sales professionals to maximize their potential.

  • Partner with and lead sales representatives in selling waste and recycling removal services

  • Prepare bids, weekly reports and asset in coaching Sales Reps on cold calling new and existing customers.

  • Manage customer escalations as appropriate.

  • Interacting with customers, business associations and trade shows.

  • Documenting existing customer concerns and working with other departments to satisfy customer requests for service

  • Prospect and explore market opportunities

  • Build relationships and resolve challenges with current customers.

  • Develop relationships with coworkers, strategic planning, and account management

  • Salary is base + bonus

Sales Supervisor Requirements:

  • 3 years of management experience in an outside sales environment

  • Be self-motivated, competitive, and have an entrepreneurial spirit.

  • Excellent customer service skills.

  • 5 years outside business-to-business contract sales with a proven track record of success.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

  • Excellent communication, computer, and organizational skills.

  • Must demonstrate excellent time & territory management skills.

  • Must periodically be available outside of normal business hours.

The position provides:

  • Local territory. No regular overnight travel.
