Titile: Sales Supervisor (General Trade)

Trách nhiệm công việc chung / General Responsibilities
_ Thiết lập và quản lý hướng làm việc cho đội ngũ Sales bên dưới.
_ Xây dựng mối quan hệ tốt với chuỗi kênh truyền thống thống
_ Có khả năng giải quyết các vấn đề phát sinh tại cửa hàng (với đội ngũ Sales, hàng hóa)
_ Quản lý SKUs, phát triển doanh số, phân tích đối thủ cạnh tranh.
_ Phối hợp với bộ phận Marketing về các chương trình khuyến mãi hàng tháng, quý và thống nhất với từng hệ thống.
_ Quản lý các quy trình ( kế hoạch bán hàng, điều động sales, xử lý sự cố...) của kênh bán hàng GT
_ Quản lý hàng tồn tại NPP, cập nhật thường xuyên những mặt hàng bán mạnh và chậm.
_ Khả năng làm và xử lý các loại báo cáo (báo cáo doanh số, báo tháng ngày tháng quý, báo cáo tình hình Sales, v..v)
Kỹ năng & kiến thức / Skills & Knowledge
_ Có ít 01 năm kinh nghiệm Giám Sát trong lĩnh vực Hàng Tiêu Dùng.
_ Có kinh nghiệm quản lý đội ngũ Sales.
_ Có mối quan hệ tốt với các cửa hàng tại khu vực phụ trách; v..v
_ Sử dụng vi tính văn phòng làm báo cáo tuần/tháng/quý.
_ Năng động, nhiệt huyết, chăm chỉ.
_ Khả năng giao tiếp tốt.

_Khả năng di chuyển ngoài thị trường
_Khả năng giao tiếp với khách hàng, siêng năng, chăm chỉ, chịu khó, thích công việc năng động
