Job Summary

The Sales Supervisor will lead and manage a team of field sales agents responsible for promoting and selling fiber broadband services. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on sales experience in fiber telecom, and the ability to drive performance while ensuring excellent customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, coach, and motivate field sales agents to achieve daily and monthly sales targets. Plan and execute sales strategies for fiber broadband products within assigned territories.

  • Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and prepare regular sales reports. Conduct ride-alongs, field assessments, and on-the-job training to improve sales effectiveness.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales processes, and ethical standards.

  • Handle escalated customer issues and support agents in closing high-value deals.

  • Collaborate with management on market intelligence, competitor analysis, and territory expansion.


Requirements


  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in fiber telecom or broadband sales.

  • Proven experience leading or supervising a sales team.

  • Strong knowledge of fiber broadband products, installation processes, and customer onboarding.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and reporting skills.

  • Ability to work in the field and manage multiple locations.

  • OND/HND/BSc in any discipline
