As a Sales Supervisor at BIOTA Smart Home, you will take on an instrumental role in leading our sales team to success. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans.
• Provide training, coaching, and support to sales staff to improve performance.
• Monitor sales activities, evaluate results, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory position.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Demonstrated success in achieving sales goals and driving growth.
• Outstanding leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with sales metrics and KPIs.
• Proficient in developing strategies based on data-driven insights.
• A passion for technology and a desire to stay ahead of industry trends.
• Experience with smart home products is a plus.
