Job Description

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements relevant to the companys products.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and recommend tailored solutions.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to ensure alignment with company goals.

  • Prepare sales forecasts and reports for management.

  • Train, mentor, and motivate the sales team to improve their product knowledge and sales techniques.

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.

  • Resolve escalated customer issues and provide guidance to the team on complex sales inquiries.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the medical and industrial sectors.

  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions using the companys range of products.

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.

  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in medical and industrial equipment and supplies.

  • Train the team on product features, benefits, and applications to ensure effective customer engagement.

  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.

  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of sales orders and quotations.

  • Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

  • Collaborate with internal departments such as logistics and procurement to ensure timely delivery of products.
