Responsible for driving HV product marketing and product management activities for high-voltage power solutions in Taiwan. This role focuses on identifying market opportunities, supporting tender execution, and delivering business performance for key accounts including Taiwan Power Company (Taipower) and major industrial groups such as Nan Ya (Formosa Plastics Group).

How you’ll make an impact

Conduct market research to identify target customer segments and analyze industry trends in Taiwan’s power and industrial sectors

  • Develop product positioning, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies aligned with customer requirements and specifications
  • Support tender preparation, including technical proposals, commercial inputs, and compliance with customer specifications (e.g., Taipower standards)
  • Identify market opportunities and translate them into product strategies and technical requirements
  • Support product lifecycle management, including product introduction and deployment in project-driven environments
  • Contribute to business performance through pricing, costing, and profitability analysis
  • Support strategic projects with key customers such as Taipower and Nan Ya Group, ensuring alignment with technical and commercial requirements
  • Collaborate with engineering, sales, and global teams to deliver competitive and customer-focused solutions
  • You will be responsible for ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
  • Experience in product management, product marketing, or technical sales
  • Knowledge of power systems, substation equipment, or industrial electrical solutions
  • Familiarity with Taiwan market, including utility or industrial customers
  • Experience supporting tender-driven business or project execution
