We are seeking a motivated Sales Success Specialist to support the continued growth of our business. As an integral part of our sales organization, this role serves as a bridge between our products and potential customers. This individual will harness a blend of product knowledge, industry insight, and sales acumen to ensure our value proposition is clearly communicated and understood. The Sales Success Specialist will be responsible for facilitating the full sales process from generating new sales opportunities via telephone, email, or other electronic communication, to quoting, and completing the sales cycle by winning opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect and generate new business through activities such as cold calling, email campaigns, and call-down campaigns.
Qualify leads and opportunities to ensure they meet the company's criteria.
Facilitate the sales process through funnel driving and closing activities.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in CRM software.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop sales strategies and refine lead qualification process.
Provide product information, quotations, and follow-up on sales inquiries.
Understand the features, advantages, and benefits of our products to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.
Coordinate closely with the outside sales team to ensure seamless customer experiences and to share insights from customer interactions.
Assist in the creation of sales collateral and tools to support the selling process.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions.
Engage in up-sell opportunities with existing accounts where appropriate.
Implement the Ralliant Business System (RBS) tools and methodologies to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement in the sales process.
Engage in regular training and upskilling sessions to stay updated on FBS methodologies.
Facilitate brainstorming sessions, using RBS principles, to identify bottlenecks and provide innovative solutions.

Ability to understand and articulate product specifications, benefits, and functionalities.
Familiarity with CRM platforms for tracking customer interactions and sales progress.
Clear and persuasive verbal and written communication skills.
Capability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.

Qualifications:
3- 5 years of inside sales or customer-facing experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
AS in Business or related field preferred.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

The salary range for this sales position (inclusive of sales incentives/commissions, in local currency) is 45800.00-85000.00
