Sales Success Representative – Small and Medium Accounts Estonia

What you will enjoy doing

  • You will be responsible for the small and medium account customers in Estonia
  • You will make proactive contacts to existing customers to develop and protect existing business and with potential customers to get new businesses
  • Also, you will be part of various Linde’s call campaigns by contacting new potential customers by phone
  • In addition you will perform regular contract negotiations with existing customers
  • You will develop and drive sales through agent network
  • Partnering with other key stakeholders
  • Furthermore You will control of Linde products’ condition that is sold within your agent
    network

What makes you great

  • At
    least gymnasium graduate, diploma in business or technical field gives an advantage
  • Interest in chemical and technical products
  • Estonian and English on a professional level
  • Experience
    in sales, contract management and "cold calling"
  • Structured, couragus, self driven and independent
  • Ability
    to manage good relationships with stakeholders and to create long-lasting contacts
  • Supportive
    co-worker
  • Comfortable
    with negotiations and changes
  • Business
    mindset, positive
    ready-to-do attitude
  • Ability
    to work with MS Office software
  • Experience with a CRM
    system is an advantage
