Lyreco is going through an exceptional and exciting period of change with the integration and scaling of acquisitions/new businesses (PPE, hygiene) resulting in rapid business transformation.
In this role, you will report to the CGO and lead the go-to-market strategy and operations team. You will lead the Sales strategy, Sales Operations and Enablement, and the Sales Tools (including the CRM).
We are looking for a detailed, driven and structured profile to partner with the CGO leadership team, EXCOM and local MDs to define, land and execute our strategic priorities for the business. The senior director will co-develop new strategies, set the planning for the team and influence a broad range of stakeholder teams.
This is a key leadership role that will be responsible for delivering and setting the strategic vision in collaboration with central and local Leadership team and setting the operational planning.
The successful candidate has a proven work ethic to deliver desired results, outstanding communication skills, and drives towards simple, scalable solutions to solve challenging and complex problems. You should be passionate about developing insights, setting high standards, and providing information that enables dynamic decision-making. Your deep analytic skills, strong business judgement and focus on Lyreco’s core operational inputs will make you a critical partner for Sales and you help them prioritize initiatives, identify gaps in processes and performance and remove barriers to execution.
You should be excited about working with data, be driven to dive deep, and passionate about collaborating to create, develop and sustain the go-to-market strategies across clusters with MDs partners. You will always be driven to achieve excellence for customers at the center.
