What You Will Do
- Support the development and execution of sales strategy initiatives by analyzing pipeline data, performance metrics, and market trends.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and models that provide actionable insights to sales and operations leadership.
- Identify inefficiencies across the sales process and collaborate cross-functionally to design and implement improvements.
- Assist in territory planning, quota setting, and headcount modeling to support go-to-market decisions.
- Own the integrity of CRM data and ensure reporting accuracy across sales tools and systems.
- Partner with sales leadership to track KPIs, forecast performance, and surface risks and opportunities.
- Prepare clear, concise presentations and briefs to communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Background
- 0–3 years of experience in sales operations, business operations, strategy, consulting, or a related analytical role.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear business insights.
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheet tools such as Excel or Google Sheets, including advanced formulas and data modeling.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical audiences.
Preferred
- Experience working within a marketplace, SaaS, or recruiting technology environment.
- Exposure to BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Prior experience supporting a sales development or revenue team.
- Understanding of sales funnel mechanics, including lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue forecasting.
Compensation and Benefits
