About the RoleWe’re looking for a Sales Recruiter who specializes in sourcing, screening, and hiring top-tier Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs) You’ll manage a dedicated pipeline of sales professionals, ensuring every candidate passes rigorous English communication and tooling assessments to meet client standards.Qualifications- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on sales or client-facing roles (B2B SaaS, digital marketing, or outbound SDR hiring preferred).- Proven ability to source and assess candidates in high-volume and fast-paced environments.- Excellent English communication (spoken and written); comfortable conducting video interviews.- Strong familiarity with sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar CRMs.- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment KPIs and optimize pipelines.- Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently under minimal supervision.
Preferred Skills- Background in agency or remote recruitment setup.- Familiarity with ATS systems, psychometric tools, and English proficiency tests.
