This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. We're entering an exciting new chapter as we’ve announced the plan for SoftBank Group to acquire ABB Robotics. Job Title : Sales Specialist

Mission Statement

Drive profitable sales growth in Auto Tier1 market. Develop, implement, and manage the global/local account strategy focused on share of wallet growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Coordinate the sales activities and manage resolution of specific customer problems.

Based in Shanghai.

Your responsibilities

  • Extend and penetrate business with current global and local key accounts.
  • Explore and develop new customers, switch customers and system integrators from competitors, mainly focus on automotive interior and exterior.
  • Establish « Roadmaps » per offering Robots, Robot Application Cells, Full Turn-key Solutions and Customer Service for the end customers and system integrators.
  • Being responsible for delivering the annual sales target in terms of value and margin, drive sustainable business growth.
  • Monitoring and analyzing the competition in the market and collecting market status and trend.
  • Complete the necessary reporting documents and tasks required by the company timely.

Your background

  • Bachelor’s degree or above.
  • 5+ years of sales and marketing experience, especially in key account management.
  • First-hand knowledge and network of automation in Automotive industry is preferred.
  • Nice and outgoing personality, enterprising, aggressive, love sports.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively.
  • Fluency in reading and writing in English is preferred.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft office software.
