The focus of the Sales Specialist is to effectively represent the Grifols Biopharma portfolio within the assigned territory, build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders, and achieve sales and market development objectives.

What your main responsibilities will be

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Execute territory business plans and leverage available resources to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, key accounts and KOLs to increase therapy awareness and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure effective territory coverage, provide regular sales forecasts and maintain accurate reporting through company systems.
  • Manage existing distributors and support the evaluation and onboarding of new partners when required.
  • Monitor market trends, customer needs and competitor activities, providing insights that support local business growth and strategy execution.

Who you are

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, education, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

  • You have 6-7 years of experience in an established pharmaceutical or healthcare company.
  • You have experience in Hematology, Genetic Blood Disorders, Intensive Care, Gastroenterology, Hepatology or related therapeutic areas.
  • You hold a degree in Pharmacy or a scientific discipline. An MBA will be considered a plus.
  • You have a good understanding of institutional business across both public and private healthcare sectors.
  • You are an effective communicator, results-oriented, comfortable dealing with ambiguity and a strong problem solver.
  • You enjoy building relationships and working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
  • You have availability to travel.
