, we are seeking a technically proficient
Sales Specialist
with a deep understanding of process-driven industries.
This is a
100% remote (WFH)
position designed for an autonomous professional who thrives on managing their own territory. You will be responsible for driving the technical adoption of our solutions within the
Water Treatment
and
Oleochemical
sectors across Selangor and KL.
Territory Expansion:
Execute a strategic market-entry plan to capture new business within the Central region's industrial hubs.
Technical Advisory:
Act as a consultant to plant engineers and operations managers, providing chemical solutions that optimize water treatment or oleochemical refinery processes.
Full Sales Cycle:
Manage the end-to-end process from lead generation and site assessments to commercial negotiation and closing.
Customer Retention:
Maintain high-level relationships with existing industrial accounts, ensuring long-term satisfaction and technical support.
Digital Sales Management:
Utilize CRM and virtual collaboration tools to manage a robust pipeline while working remotely.
Industry Expertise:
A minimum of 3–5 years in technical sales, with mandatory experience in the
Water Treatment
or
Oleochemicals
industries.
Technical Knowledge:
Understanding of wastewater treatment, boiler/cooling water chemistry, or oleochemical processing is essential.
Educational Background:
Degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related technical field.
Remote Proficiency:
Proven ability to stay disciplined, productive, and results-oriented in a
fully remote / WFH
environment.
Communication:
Strong command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin; ability to translate technical data into commercial value.
Mobility:
Must possess a valid driver’s license and own vehicle for client site visits within Selangor/KL.
