We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Field Sales & Market Development Executive to drive growth in the solar solutions segment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding market presence, generating and converting leads, managing dealer and installer relationships, and promoting the brand across key local markets. This role requires strong field activity, market insights, and leadership skills to oversee a team, identify new business opportunities, and ensure alignment with overall sales and marketing objectives.
Market Penetration & Outreach
Conduct field visits in key solar markets
Identify and engage potential dealers, installers, EPCs, and B2B clients.Gather competitor insights on products, pricing, and promotions.
Lead Generation & Conversion
Generate qualified leads across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors.
Maintain a lead tracker with detailed logs and follow-up status.
Coordinate with the sales team for timely proposal submission and deal closure.
Dealer & Installer Relationship Management
Build and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and solar contractors.
Provide technical and product guidance to partners.
Support after-sales feedback and service coordination.
Brand Promotion
Execute local marketing activities, including banners, standees, and on-site branding.
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and product demonstrations.
Reporting & Analysis
Prepare weekly and monthly activity reports with actionable insights.
Identify new business zones, potential customers, and local installers.
Lead, train, and supervise field sales staff, tracking KPIs for performance consistency.
Align field activities with sales and marketing objectives.
Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Marketing, or Business
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in solar sales, B2B, or field marketing.
Strong knowledge of battery energy storage systems and Lahores solar market structure.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and active in the field.
