Buscamos un Sales Specialist – Microsoft Modern Work responsable de impulsar la adopción y venta de soluciones de productividad y colaboración de Microsoft, ayudando a los clientes a transformar la forma en que trabajan mediante Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive y Copilot

Responsabilidades

  • Desarrollar y gestionar oportunidades de venta de Microsoft Modern Work (M365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Copilot).
  • Identificar necesidades del cliente y posicionar soluciones de productividad, colaboración y trabajo híbrido.
  • Ejecutar estrategias de venta consultiva y cierre de negocios.
  • Colaborar con preventa, BDM y marketing en planes Go-To-Market.
  • Elaborar propuestas comerciales, licenciamiento y renovaciones.
  • Gestionar pipeline, forecast y reportes en CRM.
  • Construir relaciones sólidas con clientes y tomadores de decisión (IT y negocio).

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura en Administración, Negocios, Ingeniería o carrera afín.
  • 2+ años de experiencia en ventas B2B de soluciones Microsoft o SaaS.
  • Conocimiento sólido de Microsoft 365 / Modern Work
  • Experiencia en modelos de licenciamiento Microsoft (CSP, EA – deseable).
  • Habilidades de comunicación, negociación y presentación.
  • Orientación a resultados y enfoque comercial.
  • Inglés intermedio
