How you’ll make an impact:
You will play an active role in promoting the High Voltage products to address and forecast clients' objectives, in various segments like Industries, Generation/Transmission/Distribution Utilities, EPCs, Distributors, Infrastructure, Transport, etc. and identifying potential customers and developing relationships with existing ones.
You will provide product information, pricing, technical specifications, other relevant data to help customers make informed decisions, generate accurate quotes based on customer requirements, product availability, delivery schedules, and other factors.
You will prepare and deliver presentations highlighting our products' features, benefits, and competitive advantages, work with customers to finalize agreements, including price adjustments, delivery timelines, warranty terms, payment conditions, and other clauses, collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
You will monitor customer feedback and address any complaints promptly, build strong relationships with clients to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.
You will keep internal departments informed of progress on projects, including updates on order status, shipping schedules, and customer interactions. Innovative & creative thinking ability. Problem solving ability and other tasks as assigned.
You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background:
You hold a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience of 2 to 5 years in sales, preferably within an industrial setting especially experience selling into industry and utilities segment. Fresh graduate with keen interest in pursuing sales career are encouraged to apply
Proficiency in CRM Systems and Sales Tools, like Sales Force (SFDC), Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Power BI and PowerPoint.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.
Proficiency in both spoken & written English language is required. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
