Provide a variety of sales support to internal and external customers within the business unit. Utilize and maintain all processes and documents required for the efficient operation of the Sales Department.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide support to individual Sales Managers as needed (functional and administrative)
Process, track and lead to closure customer obsolescence, expendable packaging, overtime, customer owned tooling, and other collections
Manage Sales and Engineering requests for quotes process in AX database
Process, track, and maintain prototype orders from issuance to invoice.
Serve as liaison for plant accounting, internal staff, and customers to resolve delivery, billing, or payment issues
Manage contracts (pricing, capacity, terms, APRs, etc.), issue approved NTRs, and organize pricing/capacity files
Provide direct and indirect support to special projects
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or similar field
A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a sales support role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access)
Understanding of manufacturing environments
Accounting basics and pricing structure
Experience in the Automotive Industry preferred
