Join Our Team as a Sales Representative III – Drive Growth and Build Lasting Client Partnerships!

Are you passionate about building meaningful business relationships, identifying new opportunities, and delivering tailored solutions to clients? We are looking for a talented Sales Representative III to join our Sales B2B team within the broader Sales function. In this dynamic role, you’ll independently manage medium-sized B2B accounts, generate new business, and play a pivotal part in our revenue growth strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and develop business with medium-sized B2B accounts by prospecting new clients and expanding relationships with existing clients.
• Build and nurture b commercial relationships that align with each customer’s unique needs and business objectives.
• Independently manage the entire sales cycle, from identifying prospects to closing deals, ensuring seamless client experiences throughout.
• Deliver tailored proposals and presentations that clearly demonstrate value and address client requirements.
• Negotiate contracts and terms effectively, balancing client interests with company goals to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
• Meet or exceed revenue targets and sales KPIs, consistently driving the growth of our B2B portfolio.
• Ensure ongoing client satisfaction by proactively addressing concerns, identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling, and maintaining high service standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that exceed client expectations and strengthen long-term partnerships.

What We’re Looking For:

• A results-driven sales professional with a proven track record in B2B sales, ideally managing medium-sized accounts.
• Strong ability to independently manage complex bids, client relationships, and revenue objectives.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a knack for building trust and credibility with clients.
• Strategic thinker who can identify business opportunities and deliver customized solutions that drive value for both clients and the organization.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Ideal Experience

• Experience generating and developing business within medium-sized B2B accounts.
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage the full sales cycle, including complex bids and negotiations.
• Proven history of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a B2B sales environment.
• Background in building b, long-term client relationships and delivering tailored proposals.
• Previous experience in the insurance, consulting, or professional services sector is a plus.
