Job Title: Senior Sales Specialist

Location: Southern Taiwan

Job Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Commercial Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated and outgoing sales specialist with proven success experience and proficiency in the sales. The ideal candidate is expected to effectively demonstrates medical devices and build trust and relationship with customers for optimizing sales and customer service experiences. 我們正在尋找一位積極主動、外向、擁有豐富經驗和出色銷售能力的業務同仁。理想的人選應能夠有效地展示產品如何應用,並與客戶快速建立信任和合作的關係,從而優化銷售和客戶服務體驗。

Key requested responsibility:

  • Promote and demonstrate value of assigned product portfolio with customer visit, product detailing/presentation, or clinical support or training for achieving or exceeding sales targets. 透過客戶拜訪、產品詳細介紹/展示、臨床支援或培訓來推廣和展示指定產品組合的價值,以實現或超越銷售目標。
  • Develop, build, and strengthen long-term relationships with healthcare professionals by presenting good skills of listening and communications for addressing the customer needs and pain points. 具備良好的聆聽與溝通技巧,發展、建立並加強與醫療專業人員的長期關係,以滿足客戶的需求和解決他們的臨床問題。
  • Handle new product validation/ listing, execute new product launch plans, develop new accounts and initiate effective selling plan. 進行新產品試用,執行新產品上市策略,開發新客戶並啟動有效的銷售計劃
  • Timely update on market situation, new trends, and customer insights to internal key stakeholders. 及時向公司跨部門利害關係人更新市場狀況、市場動態。
  • Act as a team player for fulfilling assigned tasks by cooperating with internal and external stakeholders發揮團隊合作精神,與內部和外部利害關係人合作完成分配的任務。
  • Expected to follow and comply with company’s policies and compliance requirement. 遵守並遵循公司政策和合規要求。
  • Defend BD’s portfolio and value proposition by price negotiations with assigned key accounts. 透過與指定的關鍵客戶進行價格談判,維護業務發展部 (BD) 的產品組合和價值主張。

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Life Science, Business/ Marketing or a related field. 護理、生命科學、商業/行銷或相關領域的學士學位。

  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. 優秀的溝通和談判能力。
