ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Sales Specialist at Ovoko to drive growth by acquiring new partners across Poland. In this role, you will build strong relationships, support partners in becoming engaged and successful on our platform, and directly contribute to Ovoko’s expansion. You will also have the opportunity to work independently in the field, further developing your skills and impact.
Proactively acquire new partners for Ovoko both remotely and through face-to-face engagement.
Initiate and manage communication with sellers of used automotive parts.
Qualify leads and assess their potential fit for the Ovoko platform.
Present our solutions clearly and demonstrate the benefits of joining Ovoko.
Negotiate and close deals with new partners.
Onboard and train new partners, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
Proven experience in dynamic, target-driven sales and customer engagement.
Field sales experience is a big plus.
High motivation, resilience, and a positive, goal-oriented attitude.
Ability to adapt quickly to a fast-changing environment.
Experience in start-ups or high-growth companies is a plus.
Knowledge of the automotive market is highly desirable.
Fluent Polish and strong English communication skills (both written and spoken).
SALARY
The offered salary range for this position is 9,000 – 14,000 PLN + VAT per month Please keep in mind that we are also open to discuss your salary expectations based on your competencies and experience.

How are we doing it?
Our teams are developing the foundations of software, marketplaces, and shipping and analytics solutions. These will combine to create the digital infrastructure so that used parts can be more quickly and easily united with happy buyers or recycled.
Our journey began on an excel file in 2016 in a small town in Lithuania. Today, Ovoko has united millions of used parts with satisfied buyers across Europe.
