Sales Specialist (Remote)
We are looking for a Sales Specialist to support and drive TecAlliance’s commercial activities in Brazil, focusing on expanding our presence in the automotive aftermarket and delivering sustainable revenue growth.
This role plays a key part in executing commercial initiatives in the country, with autonomy and full ownership of the sales cycle — from prospecting to closing and account management.
Our portfolio includes data-driven solutions, systems, and catalogs (such as TecDoc and TecData Hub) Therefore, it is essential to have the ability to understand and sell intangible products/services, acting in a consultative way to connect customer needs with the value of our solutions.
🔹 Key responsibilities:
Manage the full sales cycle (prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closing)
Develop, manage, and expand a portfolio of strategic clients across Brazil
Identify new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
Act consultatively, translating technical solutions into business value
Build and execute commercial strategies for the local market
Manage pipeline, forecast, and sales KPIs with accuracy and consistency
Deliver commercial presentations to clients and internal stakeholders
Maintain CRM updated and ensure data quality
Collaborate with global teams and internal stakeholders (marketing, product, etc.)
🔹 Requirements:
Solid experience in B2B sales
Experience in the automotive aftermarket
Experience selling intangible solutions / data-driven or technology-based products
Ability to operate both strategically and hands-on
Experience managing the full sales cycle (pipeline, forecast, and closing)
Strong consultative, analytical, and results-driven mindset
Experience with CRM and pipeline management
Advanced English (Spanish is a plus)

This is a remote position, with availability required for frequent travel to visit and support clients. A company car is provided to support day-to-day commercial activities.
