Headquartered out of Amsterdam, we are serving tens of thousands small businesses across the world by building their websites, launching their paid search campaigns, SEO campaigns and creating online content.

About the role

We are recruiting for a number of Phone based Sales Specialists to be a part of our team based in Melbourne on a full time basis. As a Sales Specialist you will speak with new and existing customers to educate and offer them access to our partners growing suite of digital & tech products & services.

Some of the responsibilities will be to:

• Call new & existing customers to present digital & tech solutions
• Manage customer contact pro-actively, handle queries and requests from inbound and outbound calls / emails whilst ensuring our high service standards are met
• Develop and manage relationships with our portfolio of clients
• Collaborate with a great team to share ideas and best practice

Skills and Qualifications

• Proven experience working over the phone selling to an existing base of customers
• The ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with clients
• Keen interest in digital marketing with a willingness to learn
• Demonstrated ability to work well with others and take on responsibility in an open team environment
• Strong work ethic and team spirit
• You must have full working rights to work in Australia. No working holiday Visa's or sponsorship
