Responsibilities:

• 
  Identify and engage potential clients through calls, meetings, networking, and online channels.
• 
  Conduct needs analysis to deeply understand client requirements and propose tailored Ocoda marketing and digital solutions.
• 
  Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations, proposals, and quotations.
• 
  Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals to achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• 
  Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• 
  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system (Zoho CRM).
• 
  Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure lead quality and optimize conversion rates.
• 
  Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to support product/service development.
• 
  Mentor and support junior sales staff when required.

Requirements

• 
  1 to 3 years of experience.
• 
  Work experience as a Sales Specialist in the #marketing field.
• 
  Hands-on experience in sales and an ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
• 
  Knowledge of #CRM software and MS Office. (MS Excel in particular)
• 
  Understanding of sales performance metrics.
• 
  Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
