Mexico-based Sales Director role within the Strategic Account Group, focused on managing Izzi, Televisa, and AT&T. These accounts represent some of the most strategic telecommunications and media customers in Mexico, with significant revenue potential, complex stakeholder environments, and a need for senior, dedicated account leadership.
As these accounts transition into the Strategic Account Group, dedicated leadership is required to protect existing business, expand executive engagement, and drive coordinated growth across Oracle’s portfolio. A Mexico-based Sales Director will provide local market presence, senior customer coverage, and accountability for account strategy, pipeline development, deal execution, and cross-functional alignment.
The role is expected to improve coverage of key decision-makers, strengthen relationships at the executive and operational levels, and ensure Oracle is positioned as a strategic partner for each customer’s transformation priorities. Without dedicated senior sales leadership, there is a risk of diluted ownership, slower opportunity development, reduced customer intimacy, and missed expansion potential across these high-value accounts.
This position is critical to ensure proper coverage and growth of Izzi, Televisa, and AT&T now that they are part of the Strategic Account Group. The role will provide focused leadership for three complex, high-value accounts in Mexico that require senior-level engagement, local presence, and coordinated account execution.
The Sales Director will be responsible for building and executing strategic account plans, identifying new growth opportunities, strengthening executive relationships, and coordinating Oracle resources across lines of business. The position will also help improve forecast discipline, pipeline quality, and customer engagement consistency.
Approving this headcount will enable the Strategic Account Group to fully capitalize on the opportunity in these accounts, protect existing revenue, and accelerate expansion in one of the most important telecom and media segments in Mexico..
