Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Act as the first point of contact for customers, handling general inquiries and complaints with guidance from the team when needed.
• Work closely with internal teams (e.g. Sales, BDM, Operations) to help resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
• Update customer information accurately in the CRM system after each interaction.
• Support the management and upkeep of the flavor bank for customer requests, sampling, and new business activities.
• Provide basic support to the Business Development Manager (BDM), including agreement updates and administrative assistance.
• Assist with sampling coordination and documentation as backup to the BDM coordinator.
• Help track and monitor new product launches or activities in the market as directed.
• Follow company policies and compliance requirements, escalating issues when unsure.
• Demonstrate a customer‑focused, team‑oriented mindset with willingness to learn, multitask, and support the wider sales team.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor’s degree from university, preferably in Food Science, Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Sales Support or Customer Service from Food industry
• Proficiency in English and relevant local language(s) for effective communication across teams and clients.
• Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; experience with SAP is highly desirable.
• Experience in multi‑tasking environments and coordination-driven position
