Manage the complete customer journey (leads, opportunities, quotations); monitor daily tenders and prepare technical and financial offers.
Centralize customer needs for maintenance, repairs, and installations; process and post Service Contracts and Extended Warranties in CRM.
Process orders for spare parts, handle invoicing (including e-Invoices), coordinate logistics, and manage the dunning process.
Assist the Managing Director; maintain office supplies; support marketing campaigns, fairs, and exhibitions.
Frequent exchange with ZEISS offices in Southeast Europe to coordinate regional activities.

High school degree or higher, preferably with an economic background.
Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in order administration and logistics, ideally in an international environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred); experience with CRM (Salesforce).
Bulgarian and proficient English (written and spoken).
Strong customer orientation, organizational talent, and the ability to work under pressure in a changing environment.
