As a Sales Service Coordinator in the Basic Materials Division, you will be part of our international operations team, supporting order flows and customer deliveries across in North America. This is a fully remote position based in Mexico, preferably in Mexico City Area.
You will help ensure that shipments move efficiently from warehouse or port to customer in US and Canada, while keeping all parties informed and aligned. Your responsibilities include:
Manage the full order-handling process including import, shipment coordination, documentation, and deliveries
Key in orders into our ERP system and update accordingly
Communicating daily with internal teams, customers, suppliers, and logistics partners
Tracking shipments and ensuring timelines are met
Supporting invoice handling and administrative tasks
Proactively solving issues and keeping stakeholders updated
You are a structured, service-minded professional who enjoys coordination, problem-solving, and working independently in a remote set up.
The ideal candidate has:
3-5 years’ experience in logistics (trucking, warehouses, drumming)
Experience working in international trading and domestic sales, in a global organization
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Customer-focused, with the ability to prioritize and deliver under tight deadlines
Curious and eager to learn new things
Comfortable working virtually from home utilizing Teams and other technology, ensuring open and timely communication with colleagues and customers
Proficient in all MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Teams
CITT or education in supply chain
Experience working with chemical commodity products
Familiar with Hazmat, GHS, EPA, FDA is a plus
