As a Sales Service Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth order execution, strong customer satisfaction, and seamless coordination across sales, logistics, and suppliers worldwide.
What does a Sales Service Coordinator do?
In this role, you are the link between sales, customers, suppliers, and logistics partners. You ensure that orders move efficiently from order entry to final delivery - domestically and internationally.
Manage the full order-handling process including import, shipment coordination, customs clearing, Hazmat compliance, documents handling and customer delivery or warehouse delivery
Daily contact with the sales team, accounting department, customers, brokers, logistics firms, and transportation companies
Authorize supplier payments and invoices
Manage and understand domestic and international rules and regulations that govern shipments
Who are we looking for?
You are a structured, service-minded professional who enjoys coordination, problem-solving, and working independently in a virtual environment. The ideal candidate have:
2 – 3 years experience in logistics (trucking, warehouses, drumming)
Experience in providing sales and operations support
Experience working in international trading and domestic sales, in a global organization
Customer-focused, with the ability to prioritize and deliver under tight deadlines
Proficient in all MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Teams
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Comfortable working virtually from home utilizing Teams and other technology, ensuring open and timely communication with colleagues and customers
Additional assets
CITT or education in supply chain
Experience working with chemical products
Knowledge of ISF and ACI procedures
Familiar with Hazmat, GHS, EPA, FDA is a plus
