As a Sales Service Coordinator, you will be an important part in the sales team act as a key link between internal stakeholders and suppliers within an international trading environment. You will manage the supply chain from start to finish in close cooperation with local offices and agents, customers, suppliers and logistics partners, primarily connected to the Far East and Middle East markets. The role is execution‑focused and highly operational, with responsibility for ensuring accuracy, structure and follow‑up across the supply chain.

Key Responsibilities
Manage sales service activities throughout the supply chain, from contract to delivery
Act as the interface between internal stakeholders and suppliers
Handle trade and logistics documentation, including L/Cs and Bills of Lading
Ensure secure payments, authorize supplier payments and issue customer invoices
Coordinate logistics flows and maintain close contact with logistics partners
Background
Education within economics or logistics (for example a YH degree) or equivalent experience
Experience from international trade, trade finance or supply chain is meritorious
Used to working in operational, administrative roles with clear processes
Comfortable using ERP systems, Excel and Word
Fluent in English and Swedish, written and spoken
