Driveway.com | Sales Representatives
Location: Medford, OR (On-site)
Pay: $22/hour + Bonus Incentives
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday; 8 hour shifts

We’re looking for Sales Representatives who are ready to put people first and thrive in a fast-moving, customer-focused environment!

What You’ll Do

  • Be the trusted guide for customers as they navigate their digital car purchase.

  • Communicate with customers via phone, text, and email to answer questions and explain next steps.

  • Support financing, documentation, and coordination for smooth vehicle delivery.

  • Provide timely updates, set clear expectations, and resolve concerns with professionalism.

  • Keep detailed notes and manage multiple customer journeys at once.

What You Bring

  • A customer-first mindset with a passion for helping others.

  • Prior experience in sales, service, or customer-facing roles

  • Excellent communication skills (phone, email, text).

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and confident handling multiple tasks.
