About the Role
As a Representative, you’ll guide customers through their digital car purchase journey. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, problem-solver, and champion of customer satisfaction.. all while earning competitive pay, bonus opportunities, and growth potential.
What You’ll Do:
Serve as the main point of contact, guiding customers with clarity and care.
Answer questions, explain next steps, and provide updates via phone, text, and email.
Support financing, collect documents, and coordinate smooth delivery.
Build trust by ensuring every customer feels valued and respected.
What You Bring:
Customer-first mindset with a passion for helping others.
Sales or service experience where you’ve guided customers through decisions.
Clear, professional communication skills (phone, email, text).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Problem-solving ability with a positive, can-do attitude.
