What Youll Be Doing

This is a field-based, face-to-face sales role Youll be:

• Cultivating, managing customer relationships, and following up on leads.
• Knocking on residential doors in storm-affected areas.
• Educating homeowners on damage, the insurance claims process, and next steps.
• Performing property inspections. (including climbing roofs)
• Meeting with insurance adjusters to ensure accurate scope.
• Creating and documenting scopes of work, managing jobs from sale to finish.
• Communicating with our internal teams to keep projects moving.
• Market Door-to-door with prospective clients and network with professionals in your area.
• Generating your own leads daily... company leads are reserved for top performers.

Youll be working in and around Denver, Arvada, Lakewood, Broomfield, Thornton, Westminster, Ft. Collins, and surrounding metro areas

This is considered a Hybrid position, reporting in the office daily, and mixing that with time in the field.

What You Can Earn

This position offers a base salary + commission with uncapped income potential your hustle drives your paycheck.

• Year 1 average earnings: $75,000$90,000.
• Top reps earn: $150,000$180,000+
• Compensation during training is provided.
• Monthly bonuses are available based on performance.

Pay: $72,795.00 - $92,978.00 per year
