Job Description

On behalf of our Client, who is focusing on processing adhesive tapes, foams and protective films, we are looking for a Sales Representative for West Romania.

The company was established in 2008 with the aim to focus on independent conversion activities. Since then, it has experienced consistent growth, with milestones such as a crucial agreement with large suppliers in enabling investments and the development of skilled teams.

They are serving clients across Europe, North Africa, South America, and North America.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target and acquire potential clients in industrial segment, mainly automotive or similar industries
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within industrial organizations.
  • Collaborate with existing clients to understand evolving needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals and contract negotiation, including project management and liaison with internal clients.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
  • Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Conducting regular training sessions for the sales team on products and their applications.
  • Providing technical support and expertise to the sales team during customer interactions and product demonstrations.
  • Assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies to promote products within the assigned portfolios and/or markets.
  • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the product range, including new launches and updates.
  • Delivering training sessions and product demonstrations to increase knowledge and market demand.
  • Building and progressing an active pipeline of opportunities for review in Quarterly Business Meetings.

Requirements:

  • Strong sales and project management skills
  • At least 5 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in chemical manufacturing, plastic manufacturing, converting
  • Experience with OEM-s who use tapes, insulation or foam solutions in their production processes is a BIG PLUS
  • Excellent relationship management skills (procurement, R&D centers)
  • Fluent English language skills
  • Higher education (preferably an engineer degree, but not mandatory)
  • Willingness to travel (mainly West Romania, ocasionally abroad)
