Oivi is revolutionizing healthcare with AI-driven eye screening technology to prevent blindness and improve health. As we rapidly expand, we’re delivering solutions to primary care practices for early detection and accessible care. Join us now to drive impact and scale globally, ensuring better health outcomes for millions.

Our Mission:

We are on a mission to help primary care providers detect diabetic retinopathy earlier and more efficiently using the latest in AI-driven diagnostics. Join us in empowering healthcare professionals to improve patient outcomes while growing your sales career in the fast-paced world of healthcare technology.

About the Role

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will be the key to expanding our footprint in primary care practices across Central Florida. You’ll be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and booking meetings with healthcare providers to showcase our non-invasive diabetic retinopathy diagnostic solution. This role is essential in building a robust pipeline for our Account Executives, while you get the chance to learn, grow, and develop your career in the healthcare technology sector.

  • Location: Boca Raton/West Palm Beach
  • Type: Full-time employment & Part-time Internship available
  • Salary: Competitive, hourly rate ($18-21)
  • Deadline: November 8th

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting to independently owned primary care practices across Central Florida, either in Boca Raton or West Palm Beach.

  • Qualify inbound leads and schedule lunch-and-learn meetings for Account Executives to demonstrate our diagnostic solution for diabetic retinopathy.

  • Personalize outreach to healthcare professionals, aligning our product’s benefits with their specific patient care needs and practice workflows.

  • Maintain and update accurate prospect data within our CRM systems.

  • Work closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless handoff of qualified prospects.

  • Stay up to date on diabetic retinopathy, healthcare trends, and our product’s AI-driven capabilities to effectively communicate value propositions.

  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and meeting booking targets

What We’re Looking For:

  • Drive & Resilience You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy the challenge of prospecting, and can bounce back from rejection with energy.

  • Curiosity & Coachability You have a desire to learn and improve continuously. You’re open to feedback and eager to enhance your skills.

  • Excellent Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must—you can connect with people and build rapport quickly.

  • Process-Oriented You’re highly organized and can manage multiple tasks at once, with an eye for detail. You understand that following a process is key to success.

  • Tech-Savvy Familiarity with or a willingness to learn CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, and sales engagement tools like Outreach or Salesloft.

  • Passion for Healthcare While specific healthcare experience isn’t required, an interest in healthcare, medical devices, or patient outcomes will set you apart.

Qualifications:

  • Junior, Senior or recent graduate studying for a degree in business, marketing, healthcare administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or a similar role.

  • Healthcare industry knowledge or experience is a plus, but not required.

  • Prior experience in an outbound sales or prospecting role is beneficial.

  • Valid driver's licence.

  • Access to car (preferred but not required).

Why Join Us

  • Be part of an innovative team that’s revolutionizing healthcare with AI-powered diagnostic tools.

  • Get hands-on experience in the booming healthcare technology space, with training and ongoing professional development provided.

  • Enjoy a collaborative work environment where your input is valued and you have the opportunity to make a real difference.

  • Competitive salary and benefits (internships available for students).
