The Sales Representative role at Band 1 is an entry-level position supporting the execution of sales strategies at the headquarters level. You will work under direct supervision, focusing on specific tasks or segments within a brand, channel, or category. Collaboration within the immediate team and close supervision will guide your success as you contribute to achieving sales targets and company growth.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Support and assist in executing sales strategies within the team and organization.
• Participate in the development and implementation of new ideas, techniques, procedures, services, or products under guidance.
• Focus on specific tasks or segments within a brand, channel, line, or category with clearly defined and narrow objectives.
• Collaborate and network effectively within the immediate team or work domain to maximize job impact and personal learning.
• Work under direct supervision, following well-defined precedents and policies.

Job Qualifications

• Hard Skills:

• Understanding of sales strategies and techniques
• Proficiency in relevant sales and CRM software (if applicable)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Soft Skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain customer relationships
• Desire to learn and grow within the organization
• Effective teamwork and collaboration skills

• Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous internship or practical experience in sales or customer management
