Position Summary

Teleflex is looking for a driven and relationship-focused Sales Representative, Vascular & Emergency Medicine to grow our business across Central and Western Switzerland. In this field-based role, you will become a trusted partner to healthcare professionals, combining consultative selling with hands-on clinical support for a portfolio of high-quality medical technologies.

You will take ownership of your territory, build and develop strong customer relationships, identify new business opportunities, and translate market insights into effective sales strategies. Working closely with customers in hospitals and clinical environments – including operating theatres – you will support the adoption and use of Teleflex solutions while expanding our presence in the market.

Principal Responsibilities

• Customer support and business development in the hospital sector and pre-clinical field, as well as expanding the Teleflex product portfolio in these areas
• Working as a team, we develop sales strategies and implement them successfully
• You place particular emphasis on project work and continuously increase your sales figures
• Sales meetings and support with the use of our high-quality medical devices mainly take place in operating theatres, where you feel confident working
• You are familiar with the key market competitors and can offer our alternatives
• You present our company and our products confidently and persuasively at trade fairs and conferences
• Management of CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce) and recording of customer activities and interactions
• Sales analysis
• Point of contact for all matters relating to sales

Education / Experience Requirements

• A commercial qualification or training in the medical sector
• Basic medical or paramedical training
• Sales experience in medical technology is desirable

Specialized Skills / Other Requirements

• Fluency in spoken and written French, German and English
• Strong interpersonal skills and an understanding of the issues relevant to the target audience
• Technical understanding and a driving licence are required
• Confident manner, dynamic and communicative sales personality
• Strategic and goal-oriented approach to work
• Positive demeanour and high reliability
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Computer skills (Office applications)
• High level of flexibility and commitment
• Willingness to travel, including overnight stays
• Willingness to work at weekends (attending trade fairs and conferences)
• Residence within the sales territory or willingness to relocate
